- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the counter staff, including assigning tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring all team members are trained and motivated.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Food & Menu Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our seasonal menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to accurately answer guest questions about our scratch kitchen and innovative veggie dishes.
- Order Management: Efficiently manage the flow of in-person and online orders, coordinating with the kitchen team to minimize wait times in our fast-paced environment.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure the front counter, dining area, and all service stations are kept clean, organized, and comply with all health and safety standards.

Gold Card Ambassador: Be an expert on our brand and Gold Card program, engaging with our most passionate (and tattooed) fans.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team during peak hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with cash handling and order accuracy.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for unique, high-quality food.
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
